Use Smart WatchLists to automatically find stocks that meet your minimum criteria. You would be surprised how quickly you can reduce 8000 stocks down to 100-200. The following example shows a list of "Absolute Requirements", which you can then refine with your own preferences.
Next, create some additional Smart WatchLists that use "WatchTower is Absolute Requirements" in order to further refine your criteria. Some examples that you can consider are:
Relative Strength > 50
Institutional Ownership < 75
Institutional Ownership Increase > 0
